Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for an Accounting Administrator in the Manufacturing Sector in North York, Ontario. Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with bookkeeping and administrative experience? We are seeking a Business Administrator to support daily office operations while managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial records. A typical day:

- Record Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Process and administer bi-weekly payroll
- Reconcile the end of month AP and AR statements
- Maintain physical and electronic filing systems
- Assist with financial reporting and administrative documentation




- Support day to day office operations and administrative activities

Successful candidates will have:

- Experience in an accounting environment, including A/R, A/P and payroll administration is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
- Experience with Sage. Quick book, ERP system – ECI is an asset
- Strong organizational skills, communication and problem-solving skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
- Ability to work independently after training and manage multiple priorities

Total rewards:

$45000.00 - $48000.00 annually
