Support infants, young children, and families as an Infant Development Consultant in Alert Bay, British Columbia. Provide culturally responsive, family-centred services on site.

Working with 'Na̱mǥis Community Services, you will support children from birth to five years and their families. The full-time position includes home, office, and program visits, individualized guidance, group activities, and coordinated referrals. You will maintain an active caseload while applying trauma-informed principles and building trusting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver individualized early childhood development services
- Conduct home, office, and program visits
- Maintain caseload records and coordinate services




- Facilitate group activities supporting family engagement
- Collaborate with agencies and professionals on referrals

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of Early Childhood Education experience
- Certificate or diploma in a related field
- Experience supporting infants, children, and families
- Valid driver's licence, vehicle, and clean record
- First Aid with CPR/AED and Food Secure certification
