CBI Home Health is hiring Visit Nurses to support patients in Hamilton and surrounding communities. This role emphasizes wound care, IV therapy, medication administration, palliative and paediatric care with solid clinical and teaching components.

Expect 3–5 days per week plus every third weekend, with a focus on family-centered care and collaboration with the care team. A vehicle and Ontario nursing license are required; travel is common.
