This sales associate position serves industrial, commercial, and other qualified customers. You will develop accounts, provide outstanding service, and guide complete project purchases. The work combines sales-floor prospecting, customer follow-up, order processing, and product expertise. You will report to the Department Supervisor while supporting store-wide Pro Program involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect new business with customers shopping inside the store
- Develop one-on-one relationships with Pro customers
- Clarify needs and recommend products and services




- Create quotes and process orders accurately
- Follow up to ensure satisfaction and pursue future business

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year receiving experience
- Thorough knowledge of products across all departments
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and associates
- Ability to lift and move heavy, bulky items independently
