As a Technical Support Specialist Telecom, you will support software users by phone, chat, email, and screen sharing. You will translate complex technical issues into tangible solutions while managing cases effectively. Experience with SIP, RTP, call flows, SMS routing, SMPP, delivery receipts, carrier filtering, or Brand Registration is preferred.
