Use SAP and Basware in a hybrid Accounts Payable Co-op with Lindt & Sprüngli (Canada) in Toronto during Winter 2027. Develop practical finance experience.

The full time placement supports invoice matching, indirect expense processing, and a small Accounts Payable portfolio. Responsibilities include statement reconciliation and vendor inquiries. You will work with the Accounts Payable Team, Intercompany factories, Supply Planning, and Packaging teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support intercompany invoice and receipt matching in SAP
- Process third-party co-pack invoices in SAP
- Process labor and packaging invoices in SAP
- Handle vendor inquiries and statement reconciliation
- Collaborate cross-functionally on Accounts Payable activities

Requirements:

- Enrollment in an accredited finance or accounting co-op program
- Recent graduation within six months also qualifies
- Knowledge of accounting principles and foreign currencies
- Ability to multitask independently and collaboratively
- Accounts Payable experience is considered an asset
