Guide Worley electrical designers through technical reviews, mentoring, and coordinated delivery of safe, constructible design packages. This full-time position is an individual contributor role.

As a Lead Electrical Designer, you will balance hands-on design expertise with daily leadership of a small team. You will coordinate priorities, interpret engineering requirements, and check deliverables. The work supports projects across energy, chemicals, mining, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance to Electrical Designers and Design Technologists
- Lead daily design activities, priorities, and resource coordination
- Interpret requirements into detailed drawings and models
- Interface with construction, procurement, and commissioning teams




- Incorporate client feedback through change management processes

Requirements:

- Electrical Engineering Technology diploma, degree, or related qualification
- Demonstrated leadership of electrical design teams or work packages
- Experience with industrial facilities and multidisciplinary projects
- Ability to interpret specifications, datasheets, and vendor drawings
- Robust communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills
