Nova Scotia Health is seeking an Early Years Consultant to lead workforce development and quality practice across the Eastern Zone. Reporting to the Manager, you will guide staff, align with standards, and drive improvements in early years programs for children aged 0-5.

You will collaborate with health staff, zone leaders, and external partners, monitor trends, and promote equity and social justice in program delivery.
