We're looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking Baristas to join our team at Green Coast Café during the Langley Christmas Village!

This is a fast-paced, high-volume holiday café serving specialty coffees, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, apple cider, and other festive beverages to thousands of Christmas market visitors.

What You'll Be Doing

- Preparing and serving espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and hot beverages.
- Providing friendly, efficient customer service in a busy holiday market environment.
- Operating POS systems and processing customer orders.
- Maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked workstations.
- Restocking supplies and assisting with opening and closing duties.
- Working closely with your teammates to keep service moving during busy periods.

What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience is a strong asset, but we're happy to train the right people.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills.




- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts, particularly during our busiest holiday periods.

Compensation & Perks
- $20–$24/hour, depending on experience.
- Pooled tips with a guaranteed minimum of $7/hour for eligible service hours.
- Minimum combined earnings of $27–$31/hour during eligible service shifts.
- Opportunities to earn additional income through overtime.
