Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Baristato join our team in creating a welcoming environment for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and food service, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. This role involves preparing beverages, handling transactions, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

Experience in the food industry is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and consistency
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate cashiering and cash handling
- Handle food preparation tasks such as assembling food items and maintaining food safety standards
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries professionally
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space in accordance with health regulations




- Manage cash register operations with basic math skills to ensure accurate transactions
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Follow food safety guidelines including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures

Experience

- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality standards
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience in serving, food preparation, and adhering to food safety protocols is advantageous
