Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Customer Service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming setting. The ideal candidate will have previous food service or barista experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks following company standards.
- Operate POS system.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area,



including food preparation stations and dining areas, adhering to food safety standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including serving food items and ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and customer satisfaction.
- Restock supplies as necessary and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and customer service.

We need you to work opens (6am) and closes (5pm). Most shifts will be 7 am to 3:30 pm. Pay: $18.00 per hour
