Job Summary We’re looking for a passionate Barista and a Baker to join our team. We welcome dependable, enthusiastic individuals who take pride in preparing quality coffee and baked goods, providing excellent customer service, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks following our recipes
- Prepare and bake buns, muffins, cookies, and other baked goods following cafe recipes
- Accurately measure, mix, portion, and shape ingredients to ensure consistent results
- Monitor baking times and temperatures, ensuring all products are fully baked before serving
- Maintain consistent quality, freshness, presentation, and portion sizes
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the POS system
- Provide friendly, attentive service to all customers
- Coordinate daily baking quantities with the team to meet demand and minimize waste
- Store, label, date, and rotate ingredients and finished products properly
- Monitor supplies and communicate restocking needs
- Keep the coffee station, kitchen, equipment,



utensils, and dining area clean and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures
- Assist with food preparation, opening and closing duties, and other cafe tasks as needed

Qualifications

- Previous experience in baking, barista service, customer service, or the food and beverage industry preferred
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and maintain consistent product quality
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ability to handle cash and other payment methods accurately
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability and a commitment to quality food, drinks, and customer service
