As we prepare to open our brand-new location in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, we are looking for friendly, energetic, and experienced Bartenders to join our opening team.

Position Summary

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and effective bar area.

The ideal candidate will have strong beverage knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask during busy service periods.

Key Responsibilities

Bartending & Beverage Service

- Prepare and serve cocktails, mixed drinks, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide recommendations when requested.
- Ensure beverages are prepared and served efficiently during busy periods.
- Follow proper alcohol measurement and responsible serving practices.

Customer Service

- Welcome guests and create a friendly, positive atmosphere.
- Provide attentive, professional, and efficient service.




- Answer questions about beverages, menu items, and restaurant offerings.
- Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

Bar Operations & Cleanliness

- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
- Set up and close the bar according to restaurant procedures.
- Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of glassware, equipment, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Comply with Saskatchewan liquor regulations and responsible alcohol service requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment preferred.
- Good knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and beverage preparation.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using POS systems and handling payments is an asset.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Robust teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Must meet Saskatchewan's legal requirements for serving alcohol.
- Serve It Right Saskatchewan (SIRS) certification required before serving alcohol.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
