Server / Bartender — All Beef Catering & Smokehouse

Location: 7000 48 Street SE, Calgary, AB

Pay: $17.00 per hour, plus tips

Expected hours: 24–40 hours per week

All Beef Catering & Smokehouse is looking for dependable Servers / Bartenders who take pride in hospitality. From regular guests to busy game nights, you’ll help create a welcoming experience built around Alberta BBQ, friendly service, and a team that follows through.

What you’ll do

- Welcome guests, build relationships, and deliver attentive service.
- Learn our food and drink menus so you can make confident recommendations.
- Take accurate orders, prepare and serve drinks, and process payments.
- Keep your section and bar clean, stocked, and ready for service.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and your fellow servers.
- Stay organized during busy shifts and help wherever you’re needed.
- Complete opening, closing, and cleaning duties thoroughly.
- Support catering and special events when scheduled.

What you bring
- Experience serving and bartending in a busy restaurant, pub, or similar setting.
- A friendly, professional approach and an ability to connect with guests.
- Reliability: you arrive prepared,



communicate early, and follow through.
- Initiative: you notice what needs doing and take care of it.
- A calm approach under pressure and strong attention to detail.
- A willingness to learn, accept feedback, and support your teammates.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts.
- Valid ProServe certification before your first shift serving alcohol.
