As Housekeeping Supervisor, you oversee daily housekeeping operations in a luxury hotel setting. You train Housekeeping hosts, coordinate arrivals with Laundry and Housekeeping management, and maintain service standards. The role also uses MS Office and hotel systems, including POS, PMS, and CRM platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and orient current Housekeeping hosts
- Demonstrate tasks according to hotel service standards
- Coordinate communication with other departments
- Monitor daily arrivals using occupancy reports
- Inspect cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and order
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least two years' similar hotel operational experience
- Luxury hotel experience with proven results
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent English; additional languages preferred
