Build BCBA experience through direct ABA therapy, data review, and peer coaching at RCG Behavioral Health Network. Choose full time or part-time evenings.

This RBT Clinician position supports children and young adults under BCBA direction. You will implement approved treatment plans, model interventions, review client data, and develop clinical skills while pursuing BCBA certification. In-person mentorship comes from a BCBA team with 60 years of combined experience. Qualifying fieldwork activities require supervisor approval and applicable BACB requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual and group ABA therapy services
- Model teaching, reinforcement, prompting, and behavior-support strategies
- Review data and flag barriers for supervising clinicians




- Coach peers and support established clinical procedures
- Complete session notes and required documentation

Requirements:

- Active RBT credential in good standing
- Pursuing or holding a master's degree
- Completing coursework toward BCBA certification
- Experience implementing individualized ABA treatment plans
- Complete background screening and company training
