Your responsibilities include assessment, care planning, interventions, evaluation, documentation, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine involvement according to RPN scope-of-practice standards
- Establish safe, respectful patient and family relationships
- Monitor medical histories, medications, and care plans




- Transcribe medical orders under Providence Healthcare policy
- Complete relevant data entry and quality analysis

Requirements:

- Registered Practical Nurse registration in Ontario
- College of Nurses of Ontario membership in positive standing
- Practical Nursing Diploma qualification
- Current BCLS certification
- Understanding of nursing issues and ethical frameworks
