The Casual Facility Operator supports facility operations under the LMC Coordinator and represents the City professionally. Duties include cleanliness, basic maintenance, customer assistance, event preparation, and equipment support. The schedule primarily covers evenings and weekends, including scheduled and call-in shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enforce Fire Code regulations within the City facility
- Troubleshoot projectors, microphones, and related equipment
- Complete basic maintenance functions for building operations
- Prepare facilities for events and restore spaces afterward
- Communicate with coworkers,



users, and members of the public

Requirements:

- One year of minor maintenance and custodial experience
- Building Maintenance Operator I or II certification an asset
- Fluent computer skills and effective communication ability
- Professional representation of the City and Department
- Ability to work ladders or lifts and lift 50+ pounds
