As a Client Service Representative, you will make banking work for people through approachable service and meaningful relationships. You will identify financial needs, provide personalized solutions, and connect clients with the right resources. The temporary 12-month unionized role includes Wednesday evening and rotating Saturday shifts, plus occasional travel to neighbouring branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate clients about digital banking tools and platforms

Requirements:
- Customer service or sales experience
- Adaptability, sound decisions, and problem-solving ability

- Team-oriented attitude and passion for helping others
- Personal lending familiarity is an asset
