The work includes crisis intervention, risk assessment, and ongoing program adjustments. You will guide classroom teams and collaborate with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design plans teaching lagging skills and reducing behaviours
- Develop Crisis Management Plans for high-risk students
- Provide immediate intervention during crisis behaviours
- Train staff in NVCI and VTRA
- Monitor behaviour changes during crises Requirements:
- Knowledge of crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
