The position also covers sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, assessing, and presenting professionals for permanent and term opportunities. Your work will help organizations hire exceptional talent and support candidates' career advancement across sectors including Accounting & Finance, Construction, Skilled Trades, Agriculture, and Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring managers' workforce challenges and objectives




- Present recruitment solutions and negotiate service agreements
- Deliver client service that generates repeat business
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using networks and technology

Requirements:

- Specialized knowledge in an identified business segment
- Post-secondary education
- Consultative sales or recruitment experience highly preferred
