As a Customs Entry Specialist, you manage end-to-end brokerage operations for assigned accounts. You prepare U.S. Customs entries, coordinate clearance, and maintain accurate documentation. Success requires communication, organization, regulatory awareness, and reliable follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve customers with accurate shipment updates and timely responses
- Prepare U.S. Customs entries and PGA filings
- Open entry files according to KPIs and service standards
- Coordinate clearance with forwarders, carriers, airlines, and CFSs
- Track inbound shipments through final delivery

Requirements:

- Six to twelve months of customs brokerage experience
- Two years in CHB or operational support preferred
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable under pressure
- Customs House Broker License preferred, not required
