Build retail operations experience with Lindt & Sprüngli in Toronto through hybrid project coordination, process improvement, and planning. This Winter 2027 placement runs January through April.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, D2C Operations & Comm, you will support retail performance and planning. The work includes coordinating cross-functional initiatives, revising operational policies, preparing reports, and working with internal and external partners. Students pursuing a related diploma or degree can gain exposure to the CPG industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate cross-functional retail operations projects across organizational teams
- Launch tools, develop procedures, and support process improvements
- Revise internal operational processes and policies




- Prepare reports and presentations for retail projects
- Source supplies and establish store service contracts

Requirements:

- Pursuing a diploma or degree in a related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Explicit written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence preparing and delivering presentations
- Exceptional attention to detail and deadline prioritization
