This regular, full-time position belongs to Asset Management within Public Service Delivery Operations. The successful applicant performs varied facility work under supervision, including grounds care, snow removal, cleaning, HVAC maintenance, and minor plumbing repairs. Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain buildings, grounds, and equipment at District 3 facilities

Requirements:

- Demonstrated general building and equipment maintenance experience
- 5th Class Power Engineer or related trade designation
