As a Learning Specialist, you will help Benevity-ites build skills and do their best work. You will own Launchpad onboarding, manage leadership programs, facilitate workshops, and design scalable learning. The work spans global audiences and company-wide enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own Launchpad onboarding content, logistics, scheduling, and reporting
- Manage Manager Essentials and leadership programs end to end
- Facilitate Level Up workshops for global audiences
- Design eLearning modules, guides, videos, and reusable resources
- Track impact and report learning results to leadership

Requirements:

- Five to eight years in facilitation, enablement, or people development
- Advanced facilitation and presentation skills
- Experience owning programs from planning through delivery
- Experience with LMS, learning design, and virtual facilitation tools
- Strong stakeholder, organizational, and interpersonal skills
