Bilingual IVR Automation Tester

Help build reliable, seamless customer journeys across contact centre programs. As a Bilingual IVR Automation Tester, you’ll use automation expertise to validate the call flows customers depend on—from voice menus and prompts to routing, transfers, queues, and fallback scenarios.

Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on QA automation specialist with 4+ years of experience in IVR and contact centre testing. You’ll work with Cyara Velocity as the primary automation tool, supporting functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. This opportunity requires fluency in French and English .

Key Responsibilities

- Design, execute, and maintain automated IVR test cases in Cyara Velocity.
- Build reusable and parameterized automation scripts and robust regression suites.
- Validate IVR menus, prompts, DTMF, speech recognition, call routing, transfers, queue handling, and fallback error scenarios.
- Plan testing, prepare test data, coordinate environments, and support production validation.
- Analyze test execution results and troubleshoot failed automation runs.




- Distinguish product defects from setting issues and support defect triage.
- Validate customer journeys and call flows across contact centre and CCaaS programs.
- Produce detailed test results and defect reports.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of relevant experience in QA automation and IVR/contact centre testing.
- Strong expertise with Cyara Velocity.
- Experience with IVR functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Knowledge of telephony concepts, including SIP, routing, and call transfers.
- Familiarity with QA methodologies and defect management tools.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Experience with Genesys Cloud CX, including inbound routing and agent handoffs.
- Genesys Architect and ACD skills-based routing experience.
- API testing experience.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools, Cyara Cruncher Pulse, or ASRTTS.
- Experience testing multilingual IVR solutions.
- Agile Scrum experience.
