As an HR Generalist, you will own hands-on compliance work across employee classifications and pay ranges. You will lead audits and handbook updates while supporting payroll, benefits, leave, and administration questions. The position also offers ownership of AI-focused process redesign.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track state law changes and draft policy updates
- Implement compliance requirements across classifications and pay ranges
- Lead annual compliance audits and handbook refreshes
- Resolve escalated payroll, benefits, and leave questions
- Review and unblock Payroll and HR Administration work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- At least two years of hands-on HR generalist experience
- Genuine in-house, multi-state compliance experience
- Comfort with payroll, perks, and compliance responsibilities
- Excitement about building with AI
