Key Responsibilities

Own Signature deliverables, customer experience, renewals, and expansion

Align business and technical stakeholders with Signature outcomes

Drive Sales Cloud and Service Cloud feature adoption

Monitor usage, risks, incidents, and platform performance





Coordinate internal teams around customer success and revenue opportunities

Requirements

Three or more years of relevant industry experience preferred

Three to four years supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Robust consulting, communication, and stakeholder influence skills

Understanding of sales, service, automation, and integration processes

Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred
