This Business Development Manager leads growth and expansion of direct sales, profit margins, and Learning Solutions revenue. You will engage executive and technical stakeholders while addressing customers’ economic, regulatory, clinical, and operational challenges. The role sits within Cytiva’s Bioprocess organization and reports to the Director of Sales for Enterprise Solutions in USCAN.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or minimum seven years biotech or biopharma selling experience

Proven selling, services, and promotion experience with senior stakeholders

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational, analytical, teamwork, and relationship-building capabilities

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel overnight within US and Canada
