As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll represent products through engaging demonstrations and customer conversations.

You will help people understand product features, answer questions, and create a welcoming experience while supporting marketing and sales goals.

This role suits someone who enjoys connecting with diverse audiences and communicating clearly in person.

Responsibilities

- Present product tasting, explain key features, and respond to customer questions with helpful, accurate information.
- Support marketing activities by representing the brand at events and engaging attendees through conversation and public speaking.
- Encourage sales by identifying customer interests, sharing relevant product information, and directing people to appropriate next steps.
- Provide attentive customer service and coordinate with colleagues to keep brand messaging consistent.




- Your impact: Clear, approachable demonstrations help customers make informed choices and give colleagues useful feedback about customer interests.

Skills Required: Strong communication and customer service skills, confidence speaking with the public, and the ability to explain products clearly are essential for demonstrations and customer engagement.

Preferred: Food service experience, marketing or sales experience, product demonstration experience, and bilingual communication can help you connect with wide-ranging audiences and represent the brand effectively.

Pay: $17.60-$28.38 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
