Kiewit seeks an infrastructure field superintendent skilled in leadership and contract administration for projects across Canada and the United States. This full time, mid-level position serves Eastern Canada District’s transportation market and varied infrastructure work. You will direct field execution, support Foremen and craft workers, resolve problems, and coordinate with clients, engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff. Travel flexibility is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain productive client relationships through site staff
- Attend meetings for planning and problem resolution
- Approve cash flow projections and job cost updates
- Negotiate change orders and composite labor rates
- Recommend staffing, policy, and procedural changes

Requirements:
- Seven-plus years of construction experience
- Three-plus years of superintendent or leadership experience
- Ability to resolve problems quickly
- Ability to learn Kiewit policies, procedures, and software
- Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision Bring infrastructure supervision, negotiation, and client coordination strengths to Kiewit’s Eastern Canada District field operations.
