Lead rebar operations with strategic vision and financial acumen as General Manager for Stelcrete Division and Fort Erie Rebar. Reporting to the President, Rebar, you will direct commercial and operational activities across the business. This includes business development, procurement, fabrication, project management, final delivery, budgeting, and quality control. The position requires operational leadership, continuous improvement, and stakeholder relationship management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a related discipline
- Seven or more years of progressive management experience
- Manufacturing, steel fabrication, heavy production, or construction-supply experience
