Lead Cisco network troubleshooting in Kanata, supporting Canadian critical infrastructure through advanced debugging and customer-focused technical expertise. As a Technical Leader within Cisco Canada Customer Experience, you will provide personalized technical support to Critical National Infrastructure customers. You will handle Cisco data center compute environments, including UCS and HyperFlex, while collaborating with customer engineering teams and Cisco internal organizations. Your work will support network stability, reliability, performance, and security.

Requirements:
- Live in Kanata or relocate to Canada
- Canadian citizenship or permanent residency required
- Five-plus years of relevant industry experience
- Three-plus years debugging Cisco UCS and HyperFlex
- Ability to obtain Canadian Government Security Clearance Apply Cisco troubleshooting, escalation leadership, and automation expertise while supporting Canadian critical infrastructure customers from Kanata.
