About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People & Talent to build and lead its global talent and people strategy. The role owns recruitment from workforce planning through onboarding, including personally hiring for senior and hard-to-fill positions and building talent pipelines across business functions. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the Head will advise on organizational design, succession planning, team effectiveness,



and workforce needs. Responsibilities also include developing international people operations, compensation and performance frameworks, and employee experiences that support a distributed organization as it grows. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience across talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership, ideally in a high-growth technology business. They need a strong record of personally recruiting exceptional talent, advising founders or senior executives, and supporting teams across multiple countries and employment jurisdictions. Experience with international employment models, compensation structures, performance processes, and onboarding is important. The role calls for commercial judgment, excellent communication and influencing skills, a proactive, hands-on approach, and comfort using up-to-date HR and recruiting technology, including AI and automation.
