The position is payroll-only (no benefits), with Vancouver operating hybrid (2 days onsite) and Calgary starting remote then moving hybrid when the office opens. - Hands-on SAP ECP with backend access; troubleshoot functional and technical payroll issues
- Support for Canadian and US payroll cycles Nice to Have
- SAP RC or RCM Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 support for SAP ECP payroll issues
- Troubleshoot functional issues within SAP ECP
- Troubleshoot technical issues within SAP ECP
- Access the backend to diagnose and resolve payroll issues
- Handle payroll-related tickets exclusively (no benefits)
