Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI) & Analytics Lead to join their project immediately and will run for 6 months with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience implementing SAP Finance programs and is experienced in designing and building custom solutions on the SAP S/4HANA platform. Should also have experience with General Ledger (GL), Revenue Accounting and Reporting, and Labor Analytics. This is a hybrid role that requires working in office 2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of SAP Finance programs, managing scope, timelines, and deliverables across the full project lifecycle.
- Design and build custom solutions on the SAP S/4HANA platform to meet business requirements.
- Configure and maintain General Ledger (GL) functionality,



including chart of accounts, journal entries, and period-end close processes.
- Implement and support Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) to ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards (e.g., IFRS 15 / ASC 606).
- Develop and deliver Labor Analytics solutions that provide actionable workforce insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business units, to translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP Finance systems, including testing, documentation, and user training.
