As a Senior Product Designer, you will shape AutoSync’s dealership CRM within a Canadian digital automotive solutions leader. You will connect customer information, lead management, communications, follow-up, and deal progression. The work spans discovery, interaction design, prototyping, user testing, implementation, and launch.

Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product design for key CRM areas
- Simplify customer profiles, pipelines, communications, tasks, and appointments
- Partner with Product and Engineering through launch
- Design AI and automation experiences for timely follow-up
- Evolve the design system, accessibility, and implementation quality

Requirements:
- 5+ years of end-to-end design experience
- Experience leading complex use cases cross-functionally
