- 7+ years as a Project Manager with a focus on implementing projects in the common IT space, ERP, and enterprise applications
- Experience to guide organizations through major transformations including process standardization & continuous improvement
- Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units
- Ability to operate within Hybrid, Agile, and stage-gated frameworks
- PMP or equivalent certification Nice to Have
- Experience supporting HR, Finance, or Supply Chain software and business units
- Experience delivering projects requiring strong stakeholder management and large organizational change
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Robust ability to manage change and competing priorities
- Effective in high-pressure environments.

- Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Responsibilities
