Controller - 6 Month Contract About the Chance Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple corporate, partnership, and project entities.
Prepare financial statements under ASPE and US GAAP, including foreign exchange revaluations, multi-currency reporting, and consolidated results.
Manage capitalized project costs, interest capitalization, revenue recognition, and detailed balance sheet reconciliations.
Lead external audit and review engagements, including preparation of working papers and serving as the primary auditor contact.
Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, management fee allocations, and cost recovery transactions.
Administer job costing, project budget tracking, cost-to-complete reporting, holdbacks, lender draw submissions, and trust
