Lead enterprise machine learning operations with Databricks and AWS in a hybrid Wawanesa position available across multiple Canadian offices. Build production AI systems supporting business and analytics teams. As a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer, you will design, deploy, monitor, and operationalize machine learning and AI solutions. You will develop MLOps frameworks, collaborate with engineering and architecture, and establish secure practices. The work includes data pipelines, governance, and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize AI and machine learning use cases with stakeholders
- Build enterprise MLOps frameworks for model lifecycle management
- Develop solutions using Databricks, MLflow, and Unity Catalog
- Monitor model drift, performance, explainability,
and alerting
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for AI deployments
Requirements:
- More than five years developing enterprise machine learning solutions
- Hands-on Databricks experience, including MLflow and Model Serving
- End-to-end MLOps experience on Databricks or AWS SageMaker
- Knowledge of governance, Responsible AI, and Model Risk Management
- Experience with cloud data platforms, security, and access controls Apply enterprise MLOps expertise, Databricks capabilities, and AWS experience to production machine learning at Wawanesa.
