Are you passionate about cannabis and enjoy providing excellent customer service? We're looking for a reliable, personable, and motivated Budtender to join our team in Abbotsford!
As a Budtender, you'll be responsible for creating a welcoming customer experience, helping customers navigate our product selection, and ensuring the store operates smoothly and in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled customer service.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
- Process sales transactions and operate the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
- Receive, organize, and replenish inventory.
- Follow all provincial regulations and company policies.
- Complete opening and closing duties as required.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's licence (N Ok)
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge or interest in cannabis and cannabis products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must meet all provincial requirements for working in a licensed cannabis retail store.
