Operator supports facilities management through scheduled and reactive maintenance. The position requires knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, plus troubleshooting ability. Equans seeks someone who can monitor equipment, support secure operations, and communicate clearly with occupants, contractors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities: Start up and shut down major building equipment Complete shift tours, log readings, and life safety tests Perform filter, belt, plumbing, electrical, and minor repairs Assist maintenance staff with materials, tools, equipment,



and cleanup Participate in emergency call outs and facility response Requirements: Minimum one year of relevant building operations experience Understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems RCMP Reliability Status security clearance and required Canadian eligibility Ability to interpret blueprints, manuals, and equipment specifications Physical ability to climb ladders and lift moderate loads Bring building operations, HVAC knowledge, and troubleshooting skills to Equans while supporting safe, efficient facility performance.
