The Bulk Packaging Operator packages capsules according to instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, and GMP requirements. This work supports accurate supplies, packaging components, process parameters, and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow Master Manufacturing Documents for each order
- Package product within established control limits
- Inspect gelatin capsules for defects and quality
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble packaging equipment
Requirements:
- Communicate in English, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Learn company software, including Warehouse Management System
- Packaging equipment operation experience is an asset
- Production and GMP experience are assets
