Direct shift performance at Global Cellulose Fibers’ Grande Prairie Pulp Mill with production, maintenance coordination, and safety leadership. Support effective pulp operations. This Front Line Leader oversees wood processing, pulping, and bleaching activities at a 1000-plus-tonne-per-day Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft pulp mill. The position leads staffing, training, product quality, schedule adherence, and employee engagement. Some overtime is required, and the role follows a compressed work week.

Key Responsibilities
- Role model safety behavior and intervene when necessary
- Implement action plans for optimized production
- Evaluate employee performance through completed assignments and tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma with equivalent experience
- Related engineering bachelor’s degree preferred
- Area process knowledge in pulp or paper mills is an asset
