About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People & Talent to shape its talent strategy and build a high-performing, internationally distributed organization. The role leads recruitment from workforce planning through onboarding, including personally hiring for senior and hard-to-fill positions. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the successful candidate will advise on organizational design, succession planning,



team effectiveness, and workforce needs. Responsibilities also include developing international people operations, compensation and performance frameworks, career development practices, and employee experiences that support sustainable growth. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience across talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership, ideally in a high-growth technology business. They should bring a solid record of personally recruiting exceptional talent, advising senior leaders, and working with distributed teams across multiple employment jurisdictions and models. Experience improving compensation structures, recruitment processes, performance management, and onboarding is important, along with sound commercial judgment and confidence influencing leaders.
