You will manage high-value player relationships, shape retention strategies, and collaborate with Product, Live Operations, QA, Engineering, Marketing, and leadership to elevate service quality. You will lead reporting, insights, and process improvements, mentor teams, and help translate player feedback into actionable studio decisions.
