Develop performant RAG and agentic applications for Cohere’s North platform, remotely or from Toronto, London, and other listed offices. Use Python and React in production. As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you will build enterprise AI capabilities that connect autonomous agents with sensitive data. Your work spans client-side and server-side systems, minimal code for constrained environments, and stringent deployments. You will collaborate with researchers to bring advanced models and techniques into production.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship North AI workspace features
- Deploy performant client-side or server-side RAG applications

Requirements:
- Extensive production experience with Python and React
- Experience deploying RAG or agentic applications to millions
- Comfort working across the full technology stack
- Experience in both enterprise and startup environments
