- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures




- Set up and prepare treatment rooms
- Take and develop dental x-rays and intraoral scans (with proper certification)
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records -Sterilize instruments Required certification: Certified Dental Assistant degree
