Requirements:
- Minimum three years of hands-on ServiceNow SAM Pro experience
- Experience configuring software models, entitlements, metrics, and reconciliation
- Solid ServiceNow workflow, automation, and catalogue configuration experience
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting SAM integrations
