About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of People & Talent to lead its global talent strategy and build a high-performing, internationally distributed organization. The role owns recruitment from workforce planning through onboarding, including personally hiring for senior and hard-to-fill positions and developing effective sourcing and assessment processes. As a strategic partner to executive leadership, the Head of People & Talent will advise on organizational design,



succession planning, team effectiveness, and workforce needs. Responsibilities also include overseeing international people operations, developing compensation and performance frameworks, and improving employee experience, systems, and processes as the organization grows. Candidates should have at least seven years of relevant experience across talent acquisition, people operations, or people leadership, ideally in a high-growth technology business. They need a robust record of personally recruiting exceptional talent, partnering with senior leaders, and supporting teams across multiple countries and employment jurisdictions. Experience with international employment models, compensation structures, performance frameworks, recruitment processes, and onboarding is important. The role calls for commercial judgment, excellent communication and influencing skills, a proactive hands-on approach, comfort with modern HR and recruiting technology, and excellent written and spoken English.
